What is the standard delivery timeline for domestic and international orders?

For domestic orders within India, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. International shipping usually takes 10-15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Do you offer customization or tailoring services for ethnic wear?

Yes, we provide custom stitching and blouse tailoring services for our sarees, lehengas, and suits. You can provide your measurements during the checkout process or contact our support team for assistance.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with tags intact. Please note that customized or stitched garments are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. For domestic orders, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.

Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to photographic lighting and different screen resolutions, there might be a slight variation (up to 10%) between the website image and the actual product.
